About Muldersdrift

Muldersdrift is a picturesque area between Johannesburg and the Magaliesberg mountain range. Located in the Kromdraai Valley and the Crocodile River, Muldersdrift forms part of the Crocodile Ramble. This is a scenic tourist route many regard as the most popular among South Africa's craft routes. It also forms part of the Cradle of Humankind. The Wonder Cave nearby is the third largest cave in South Africa and one of the world’s richest hominid fossil sites.

It boasts many tourist establishments and is a very popular destination for weddings and conferences. It has many fine accommodation and dining options. It features many nurseries, small holdings, farms and is a cultural hub - especially for arts and craft.
